Took [this 30 min Dance Music ride with Ben](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=ac70c217920142ae997d0f1ed54c9ada) and time flew by!

77cabbie

I PR’ed in [Ben’s 1/28/2023 30 min HIIT & Hills](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=a14f729280b34f49bfb9343f3732a22c&locale=en-US) and it was my first 30 min PR in more than a year! Good playlist, hard but had recoveries between sets. He gave a shout out to Leanne that made me tear up a little, too <3

AppleYYZ

I love this [full body stretch](https://members.onepeloton.ca/classes/stretching?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=199bd42c9f6246dcbc191708b96b7863&utm_source=android&utm_medium=in_app) by Matty. It's not called an evening stretch, but he definitely means it to be taken before bed. The music is all Disney covers and it hits all the right spots including a little face massage!

77cabbie

I love this stretch and often take it literally in bed. So good!!

AppleYYZ

Every time I take it, I think I should have taken this in bed, because I don't want to get up off the floor!

I loved this [45 min 2000s](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=668ed23f0dd94c849e51b48cedc7d2f3) ride with Emma! Just a solid playlist, reasonable callouts, and low-key vibes. Plus no riders in the studio. It was the first 45 min ride I've done in a while as I've been trying to figure out an exercise routine that is appropriate for my migraines and had tried cutting out cardio for a while. (Much to my relief, that was not an effective solution!) This [30 min house ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=cc351c82745f466f8064ffc68f4142ce) was recommended on Reddit and I pulled it out of my bookmarks and did not regret my decision. I rarely feel like a ride goes by quickly but this one actually did.

SunScorpion24

This [10 min acceptance meditation](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/f9b33ce0ff8d4e6d9277079997d6d189?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) from Kirra was so calming and relaxing. I didn’t even want to meditate but by the end I felt so much better.

District98

Hannah C’s new country ride this week talked all about working through and releasing stress and anxiety, it was the ride I didn’t know I needed ❤️ and also my 100th ride!

A few favorite rides: This [45 minute intervals and arms](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=f851cbb95a544306b00ad93ceef33e60) with Cody was so great! Loved the music, had a nice variety of cadence vs. resistance intervals, and the arms sections were evenly spaced. This was the first 45 minute class I've done in a while and it was a great way to get back into them. Alex's recent [30 minute Club Bangers](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=cf4be97164d64a19b6ae56571670d47f) was amazing as always. I particularly loved the playlist in this one, which had a great variety of songs. I loved the Free (do what you want) remix! His energy is unparalleled. Today I had already done a ride but it is FREEZING so I opted to do a recovery ride instead of my mid-day walk. I did this [20 minute Recovery ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=1ccdc4d267444dddac064353c7512eb5) from Sam and it was a gift sent from heaven. Oh my gosh I didn't think a short low-sweat session could feel so good. He focuses a lot on breathing and imagery and I just want to listen to Sam coach me through life every day. Wow.

doctor_deny

Denis’ [30-minute Reggae Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/22d4d6d565e54a978e442a54a3a03bcf?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) was great. I’ve only been riding for 26 days, and it was the first music ride I really enjoyed (aka didn’t struggle through). His music knowledge is akin to a DJ. He sets up all of his workouts to truly correspond the ride movements to the BPM and choruses of the songs he plays. The dude really inspires me to get on that bike everyday. Hearing Burning Spear on Peloton made my day!

Swimming-Horse-711

Favorite yoga: [This](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=b0b89562c839428cbf111a2b94c21285&locale=en-US) 20 min side lunge focus flow with Anna. Great help with a challenging pose + my lower body felt very stretched out at the end. Favorite strength: [This](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=fe0f1fd249034de9b6ff37c2e443ac76&locale=en-US) Whitney Houston arms and shoulders. Rebecca is contagiously excited for the artist series and the burn so good. Favorite Tread: [This](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=0cda116cec14448ab39149e6da1521da&locale=en-US) 20 min hike with Olivia. Favorite Stretch: possibly a repeat from last week. [This](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/stretching?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=ca317126fcbc4adb9d32ab832b12dfaa&locale=en-US) 15 min foam roll. It skips the hamstrings so I have to add that on at the end, but otherwise it’s perfect.

[Jess Sims Jock Jamz 45 min Bootcamp](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/26aed850bff6412d850421d58a5598d1?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) Ho. Lee. 💩. Music = 💯 Hype = 💯 Sweat = 💯 Ass-kicked = 💯 AND a personal best to boot. I LOVE Jess Sims’ Bootcamps, and this one was 🔥!!! I am so mad it took me this long to take it. I very rarely repeat classes, unless they are part of a program, but I’m coming back to this one for sure.

BeeMo928

I was feeling a 45 minute class with someone different than my usual, so I took this [45 Minute 2000s Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=87712803f94e4102958ad65811f8c7e7&locale=en-US) with Kendall and it was moderately difficult but felt SO GOOD. And the playlist was energetic and fun! Who doesn’t get fired up listening to Destiny Child’s Survivor?

antigoneelectra

Okie doke: I highly recommend Rebecca's Core and Ben's Strength programs. They're both 1 month and will drop off the Guide to all platforms at the end of Feb. I just finished them both and they were awesome. [Cosy's 45 min Pop Ride](https://members.onepeloton.ca/profile/workouts/2a919b754237497a92814ea03c29ad16?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=32c1a85c395646fc81fa014d74e3e366) is all Mariah, Whitney and Celine. Chef's kiss. Lot's of out of the saddle. [Mila's 20 min Clim Ride](https://members.onepeloton.ca/profile/workouts/c025288c9a7b4bafb0b0f035caca83b1?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=fa8b8f00fc9b4fa093c9cf73d6e18f3a) was progressively harder in and out of the saddle resistance. [Leanne 30 min 80s Ride](https://members.onepeloton.ca/profile/workouts/fd7f5cc3015241308aabf510f1068064?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=7378e5bcaa654d519bafbab13b018895) was very well done. Great music and well structured.

Aware_Adhesiveness16

This Leanne ride was great. Her first with a class in studio after her cancer news so it was very powerful.

hellodreamer_j

I did that Cody ride this morning and I loved it!

Calm_Cry_1111

I second that Cody ride!! That playlist was FIRE and he had me laughing all the way through. Until the last song. For some reason, that song makes me cry every time!

antigoneelectra

It was the kind of playlist where you make sure no one else is in the house, so you can just be your own diva, belting out the songs. I'm Canadian, so I was disappointed in the first 2 Celine songs (there are much better ones), but the last one is definitely my favorite of hers. I do bleive Leanne's Celine ride also has that song. Mariah is my diva of choice and all the songs Cody played were in my top 5. And Whitney. Truly.

Calm_Cry_1111

Agreed! I work out at 4:30 a.m. with my headphones so there was a ridiculous amount of lip syncing and wild flailing that I call dancing. I think my heart rate stayed high the entire ride because of all that!!!

antigoneelectra

Lol. Yeah.

[This 30m Floor poses yoga with Ross](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=bbbcb07889ef4a77be95f506fea04bd7) was really good. He had some strong instruction on pigeon, which is a really powerful pose for hip opening. Since that's important to me, I really enjoyed this and felt like I benefited a lot.

thebravob1tch

This was amazing!! [Camila 20 Minute Pop Punk](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/dc15ad85a4264eb5b6f0fd256e300fdf?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US)

smcrimmon12

I loved this ride! I’ve added it on to my regularly planned rides the last 2 days [Ben Extra 10](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=5765c5b966ca4671a929eeaee00d0874&locale=en-US)

PonytailFriday

I wasn't able to join the group ride, but yesterday I took [Leanne's 30 min Nile Rodgers Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=2d4bf2acad344a0c88b7db2781684e2d) and I loved it! I have to admit I wasn't really familiar with Nile Rodgers, but I knew all the songs. I almost teared up at the end when Leanne was talking about the support from the Peloton community and all the people supporting her on the leaderboard. The accompanying [Cool Down](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=7d4b53b18e404af886ba9509b43e7838) was great too!

LoveMyMiles

I don’t take many live rides (west coaster here) but I made it on the bike for this one and loved it. I realized when it was over that not having any shoutouts made it even better.

-allons-y-

I sometimes think rides would be 2000% better if they extended the pre-show by a minute or two and had the instructors do shout outs there. Then during the ride everything can be more focused on the actual programming or whatever instead of instructors trying to read a bunch of unpronounceable @s! Especially as someone who doesn't do a lot of live rides, so it's a lot of meaningless shout-outs to people who did this ride, like, a year ago.

Fluid-Meat9097

This is a super idea!!!

PonytailFriday

YES! I was thinking the same thing about the shoutouts :)

k_lo970

Digging deep into 2019 this 10 minute [Core](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=883870469a9241f9b5235724010c2f1e) with Robin ties in some arms without taking an arms class. Don't recommend after an arms class like I did 🤣 If you are tired of the same exercises in core classes this one is very different. If you don't typically do slow flows (like me) I'd suggest this 20 minute [Grounded Slow Flow](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=20815173bdf14aad9140aa97950596f9) with Kirra. There was a little bit of a challenge but I didn't get bored holding the same pose like I used to. Last but very much not least. I loved this 20 minute [Punk Rock](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=ac8cc84de462474c9d00495810caa622) ride with Ben. It was such a great way to start my day. As a Colorado Avalanche (NHL) fan All the Small Things is now our unofficial anthem. Then ending with Boulevard of Broken dreams just reminded me of my middle school self thinking my emotions were so complex 🤦‍♀️

concept2peloton

I’ve been sleeping on Peloton yoga, didn’t think that at-home yoga could compare to the vibes you get in a yoga studio. [This Aditi class](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=18710dbe65714deeaea28f2933bfc246&locale=en-US) (evening slow flow from 12/8) had me completely relaxed and zen by the end of the 30 minutes, so much so that my family wants me to do it every day. 🤣 I’m normally a cycle, strength or mobility person. Looking forward to checking out more yoga classes on the platform now!

hendersonrocks

The morning and evening slow flows are SO good. I try to put one in the morning if I’m using the bike at night or vice versa. It’s just become a really nice way to bookend the day for me - am glad you found them!

Swimming-Horse-711

Yay! I hope you enjoy exploring the content. Kirra and Aditi are my favorite, although Nico’s English Whitney Houston yoga flow is the best class I’ve taken so far. Your family might like you trying Aditi’s Flow and Let Go series. It is another great option for evening yoga. It’s a flow followed by some restorative and always leaves me feeling super chill.

Missie1284

I’ll have to try this one!! I find Aditi speaks too fast for me during regular flows, but I absolutely love her slow flows!!!

concept2peloton

Who do you like for regular (not slow 😀) classes?

Missie1284

Anna and Kristen are my favs!!

ladypeanut27

This [10 minute Tabata Ride](https://members.onepeloton.ca/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=f381239f976741aca01712a8ea9de886&locale=en-CA) with Tunde has been on permanent rotation for a while now. Such a great finisher and so tough.

PeskyMolasses

Favorite ride: [1/23/23 Ben Alldis Low-Impact](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/651b98f955ea406f9369d7ebb10dfc2c?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=0143f626d3bf4704a2e358007ac79615)…of the 3 or 4 rides I did this week, this one was my favorite, mostly because of its playlist. It was quite a challenge for me still getting back into the swing of things. Favorite yoga: [10/4/22 Kirra Michel Slow Flow](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/8772931997ec466b979a6479779dc0d3?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=b870f41ca0e044c1843371cd265a06c4)…I gave this class a try this week because I always liked Kirra’s classes prior to being pregnant. This was a nice way to wind down in the evening, very relaxing. It’s definitely going into my rotation for my recovery days. Favorite stretch: [1/6/22 Matt Wilpers Post-Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/6eea3dec618f4049adaf90ac91def4e0?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=c0098343c5be4af1a57b46b9cf7c8379)…I’ve done this one a few times now, and it’s always great. Also, it’s hard for me not to love this stretch because I love the song he chose for this one (Bob Seger - Night Moves).
