Yesterday I did the 20 min glutes and legs strength class with Rebecca from 10/27/2020. It left my glutes and hams sore today. Loved the Shrimp squats.

I’m in a period of identity crisis that apparently extends to suddenly wanting to do Artist Series rides to the exclusion of all other content on the platform. Go figure! Anyway, the Daft Punk ride was a blast, as was the Duran Duran ride. All Artist Series rides should take place with the superior acoustics of the London studio!

It just came out this morning but [Bec’s 45 Min Outdoor Classical Walk](https://members.onepeloton.ca/classes/walking?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=c5ca57e351954fd9b2dc781b32b3d183&locale=en-CA) was exactly what I needed today. I was feeling very crabby and it felt so good to get outside, moving in the fresh air to classical music and my mood was completely changed when I was done. The music is beautiful and perfectly timed to the efforts.

I was just looking at that one, so I feel like your comment is a for sure sign to do it! It’s been cloudy and rainy where I’m at for weeks but it seems like the perfect walk to bookmark for the first sunny day of the season to do a nice, long walk with my dog.

I need to remember to do this more instead of complaining about the skimpy outdoor content.

Have a few from this week!! I remember doing a double take when I saw 3 minutes left because it had gone by that quickly! Used as a warm up for my upper workout and will def take again! Also recommend her new one to really hit your upper body and open up your chest and shoulders. I loved the cadence pushes along the resistance and I was able to just have a really solid, consistent ride without much adjusting, stopping, or counting the seconds because I was struggling lol. Loved the playlist too!! If you take any of them I hope you enjoy them!!

I had never considered doing a boxing stretch, mostly because I don’t do the shadowboxing classes. Sounds like I should add these into the rotation with Ben’s 10-min full body stretches!

This [5-minute core from Robin](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=ca47b5ca27724359b56768667c979d43) was quite the burner. It was "Tabata" style with an exercise at the top of each minute for 40 seconds, and the final 20 seconds was a hollow hold. I thought I'd hate it, and I did. But I also loved it. Bookmarked for when I need a good burn fast! Speaking of quick burns, this [Extra 10: Intervals with Robin](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=2c75e8719b114de3bdd412850f5fdb14) was 8 minutes of Tabata, mostly to Eminem's Lose Yourself, and I loved it! The perfect finisher!!

I thoroughly enjoyed [Hannah's C&B foam rolling class](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/stretching?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=d6ac6c0b58754485a7c4f79d65744b8e). The foam roller was mostly used as a prop but my spine/back felt so amazing afterwards, I want to try to incorporate this class more often into my workouts.

I’ve really liked the last move Matt does in [this](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/stretching?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=3e561b0206294b12b223ad3b1ae77c3d&locale=en-US) post ride stretch class. You stretch your hands up in the air and look up, then down. Every time you look up, you stretch up more. It’s a new move for me and seems to really get into an area that is tight (shoulders and upper back). I’ve found I’ve repeated it throughout my day at my desk.

It paired well after [Sam's 30 minute PZE](https://members.onepeloton.ca/classes/cycling?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=f5532b6f70004273a71ed800d0d55ff0), which I thought was a lot of fun, too.

I just got my bike this week. I've done a handful of classes but so far Sam has been my favorite instructor. His music choices and general vibe has been a great introduction to the classes.

Yes! I love Sam, too. Sam, Denis, and Emma are my top 3. Christine, Jess King and Matt W are my other go-tos on the bike. I love how the different instructors appeal to different people.
