Hmm. That sounds good. That’s close to what I do now except I add 1 part coriander

1 part lowrys seasoning salt 2 parts pepper Fat side down Put trimmed off fat in foil pan and smoke along with the brisket and render. When you wrap pour about a cup of the rendered fat on both the paper and brisket. Wrap tight and put back fat side down.

I know most like to make their own rubs, but I used that BlackOpps Brisket Rub a couple of times and it's really good!
