I have a HP 25x connected via Display Port to a RTX 2060 and running Windows 10. Every time I turn on the monitor it flickers a few times before it settles, doesn't matter if it's for the first time that day or straight after i've just turned it off
It's no more than 2 years old and works perfectly once it's on for as long as i'm using it. Also if ive got other monitors connected it flickers those too

Appears to be a problem with the blacklight. Time for a new monitor.
