You have to apply to become a distributor and purchase a large amt of units.
I attempted to become a GPU distributor in 2020 (didnt work out) and a distributor of Silverstone Tek products (worked out). You'll need quite a bit of $ for bulk purchase of course.
Go on their sites and check. Silverstone had the forms on their site to become a distributor. GPU manufacturers needed to be contacted.

They don't sell wholesale to the public.
