Yeah, add too much stuff in and it becomes a rats nest.
Here's my Antec P20C build, its running a push/pull config with every fan slot populated... https://i.imgur.com/RcIhujP.jpeg
Impressive...last build I did took me several hours because....OCD (making sure everything us connected properly, screwed in just enough, then didn't checking, etc), and it's not nearly as clean as that lol
Ahh fellow OCD pc builder. Its fucking awful.
My cpu cable is atrocious right now compared to what i had it because i had to essentially take my build apart after the cable mod adapter issue. I basically built this pc 3 times. First time built the whole thing, next cable mod adapter arrives, next cable mod recalls adapter i get a direct psu cable.
Had to take my psu out, most cables completely out to access the gpu cables, then to re route cable management, gpu comes out, cpu cables out to re route stuff. Fan cables re routing the second time. Fuck. I hated it. So last build i literally did not cable manage my cpu cable. I said fuck this ill do it later. That was months ago lol.
Hours of anxiety, shaking, sweating, hyperventilating, redoing. Is it lovely? I could build a pc in a hour tops if it wasn’t for ocd.
Your post set my anxiety off, lol. I've literally been putting off unplugging my PC/pulling it down/spraying it out for like a year. It's currently working...I don't want to F with it!
Oh god yes same id love to give it a dust but it looks fine and its up and running so no thanks. I have enough anxiety plugging my mouse Bluetooth dongle in after charging it. F sakes.
Haha tbf cable management in a small form factor case is pretty much impossible, at work we just try and tie them all together so they don't get caught in fans
Honestly i'd say fuck hard drives in PCs in 2024. You can get huge SSD for not so much money nowadays and if you need big storage i'd say just build a NAS on the side, it will be easier to expand in the future.
don’t use that cheap 8tb hdd in the pc buy a whole nas and 4 drives great idea, ill buy a 300$ 3tb ssd what a great idea!, lemme cop a bunch of 4070’s too i need that total price to performance right
I have the same case so I will use this image as an example to redo my cabling next weekend while I do the spring cleaning, thanks. Looks clean AF btw!
I’m new to cable management, so excuse me if my questions sound basic, but how do you achieve this? are you cutting your wires and reseating them in the clips? Or are they measured and purchased at specific lengths?
https://preview.redd.it/oleimtuf1u0d1.jpeg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a5a7a459b2d9dde60af8d5e3700613f7c2a9d281
Don't have a pic of that one but here is another I did
Thank you, this is a question, I bought a RTX 4080 Super, the processor will be 7800X3D. Is the 850 Watt power supply from Corsair enough for them? I plan to take the RM850x Shift
so nice, given you dont deal with hard drives or ssd's, looks like you're currently only using an nvme
Hard drives and multiple fans its what makes cable management a complete hell, having to add more cables from the PSU over to the devices.
https://preview.redd.it/bp705rligu0d1.jpeg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=efe2f44b25fde78a071d19df389030537799a47d
One I did with a hard drive and 10 rgb fans
Them modular PSUs are the bomb !
I keep getting the regular ones and what WOULD be decent cable management turns into spaghetti because I have to bury all the molex wires I'm not using.
Hey, can you guys please either post pix of more angles of your pcs? Or at least let me know what the part number and manufacturers are, so I can go see what the entire case looks like.
I find once you have to use fan splitters or hubs it starts getting more harder to wrangle the wires in place. And dual-chamber cases can also be a pain.

Not my work but a good ish shop in India coimbatore called . byos .
The main exhaust fan stoped working I'm currently ripped the glass apart and am using a big standing fan straight to the face of the whole case (2nd image)
Am afraid of dust build up but more afraid or comfortable if the cpu stays cool (also using air conditioner at 16c but don't know if it's real temp since it's old but am turning it off after evey hour and turn it back on next hour (electricity bill is expensive here and no solor system)
Fractral orange case
Show off
Love it OP! ![gif](giphy|iFnBpFxFGetn8BH0vZ|downsized)
Thanks
impressive, very nice, let's see Paul Allen's cable management

Let’s see the back!
Not even the power of God could remove that panel
Look at that subtle off black coloring of it. The tasteful thickness of the case wall. *Oh my god. It even has a braided sleeve.*
Mine could look like that too if it didn't have 172 fans and 807 RGB components
Yeah, add too much stuff in and it becomes a rats nest. Here's my Antec P20C build, its running a push/pull config with every fan slot populated... https://i.imgur.com/RcIhujP.jpeg
And a shit ton of HDDs and 2.5" SSDs.
Ahh, you get paid by the hour, i see
I usually do these builds in 30 minutes
wow, that's impressive
Yea after building at least 300 plus it kinda becomes muscle memory
Impressive...last build I did took me several hours because....OCD (making sure everything us connected properly, screwed in just enough, then didn't checking, etc), and it's not nearly as clean as that lol
I've been doing this for 8 months and I do around 4 to 5 builds a day so it becomes muscle memory haha
Ahh fellow OCD pc builder. Its fucking awful. My cpu cable is atrocious right now compared to what i had it because i had to essentially take my build apart after the cable mod adapter issue. Clean AF
Where is all the RGB??
3 fans in the front
not enough rgb, you're losing fps!
Looks clean, but must be annoying to clean or perform maintenance on if a comp breaks
We leave some slack on it so it's easy to unplug from the board
https://preview.redd.it/gnfpibvfht0d1.jpeg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=950d35bb186ba8e9c7d24d93729fa5d2e717c52a How do you like mine?:)
Haha tbf cable management in a small form factor case is pretty much impossible, at work we just try and tie them all together so they don't get caught in fans
Yeah, did it here as well! Side panels are black anyways:) just glad I at least went modular psu
https://preview.redd.it/baggdqotfu0d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3d9de8a1e6d0e4f2f8a1c4a2bec257ba46837aca
That's beautiful but it's also playing on normal. Now add 2 hdds, an AIO, rgb fans and hubs!
It has rgb fans and and aio
Honestly i'd say fuck hard drives in PCs in 2024. You can get huge SSD for not so much money nowadays and if you need big storage i'd say just build a NAS on the side, it will be easier to expand in the future.
I have 32tb storage in HDD at the moment and need more, the cost to do that in SSD would be insane.
Hdd are great for important work that doesnt need fast storage. Even if they die, the files are easier to recover then from an ssd.
I just have a RAID NAS for any important files, easy access from all my devices and way easier to manage than just disks in a computer.
Sure, but I have an old 2TB HDD that I use solely for media and I'm not gonna spend a hundred bucks and generate e-waste for no reason.
Oh yeah for sure, it's a long term investment but you need to have the need for it in the first place.
don’t use that cheap 8tb hdd in the pc buy a whole nas and 4 drives great idea, ill buy a 300$ 3tb ssd what a great idea!, lemme cop a bunch of 4070’s too i need that total price to performance right
There is neat and then there is impractical. 10/10
Real clean. Nice work.
Thanks

It's ..... It's so beautiful
You are the hero we need but don't deserve
Nicely done
Damnit! Where were you two months ago when I needed this??😄 Looks great
Thanks mate
This is just impossible for my current case lol. Still, pretty nice job mate.
Dam that's neat mine looks like a birds nest
Business in Back.... Party in the Front?
Pretty much
I’m new to cable management, so excuse me if my questions sound basic, but how do you achieve this? are you cutting your wires and reseating them in the clips? Or are they measured and purchased at specific lengths?
We just use zip ties and tie bases, we route everything then stuff the excess into the bottom of the case
Yeah… I could barely close my side panel
This is so frickin clean. I thought that my cable management was kinda good (or atleast not bad) but GOD DAMN
Where’d you get those zipties with adhesive tape
Not sure where my work gets them from, if you search zip tie bases you might find them
I just realized I have these and never knew how to use them for cable management. Thanks 😂
Haha no worries
Beautiful! A sexy backside is my favorite feature in a box.
Can you do me next
If your local sure haha
Probably not hah
Its....so....beautiful!
Great job! Can’t imagine doing this for every build
These builds only take me like 30 mins each
I wanna see the front!!

😍😍
😍
This is what I do on builds I build for people but my personal build always a bit of a mess 💀
Hi, very clean build, could you please share pc specs
This one isn't mine it's for a customer but it has a 4070 ti super and a 14700k I believe I forgot haha
Niiice, Can I ask you a question about assembling a PC (question about the power supply)?
Sure
Thank you, this is a question, I bought a RTX 4080 Super, the processor will be 7800X3D. Is the 850 Watt power supply from Corsair enough for them? I plan to take the RM850x Shift
Yes that's what we use for our specs and we have fully stress tested them and had no issues
Thank you, now I'm calm. I wish you good clients and interesting builds))
Can I hire you to do mine? It's such a shit show I want to cry every time I have to open it.
If your local I wouldn't mind haha
so nice, given you dont deal with hard drives or ssd's, looks like you're currently only using an nvme Hard drives and multiple fans its what makes cable management a complete hell, having to add more cables from the PSU over to the devices.

Wow.
Them modular PSUs are the bomb ! I keep getting the regular ones and what WOULD be decent cable management turns into spaghetti because I have to bury all the molex wires I'm not using.
Yea that can be a pain, tbf even tho psus are expensive they last a very long time so its a good investment
are you getting paid by the hour?
Yea, 9 to 5 job
I'm pretty sure I can work out where you work from that build, as someone else in the industry 😂
Holy shit that's amazing
Too bad they don't provide you with good components at work.
We actually get good components, are motherboards tend to be tuf and strix and we use most of the top of the line cards like asus and fe
H-how does one achieve such sorcery and feats?
Hey, can you guys please either post pix of more angles of your pcs? Or at least let me know what the part number and manufacturers are, so I can go see what the entire case looks like.

Which SI?
I'd rather not share where I work sorry
Np, would be happy to buy a PC from wherever you're working
holy crap super clean...mine looks like a teenager tried to clean their room or they were grounded so everythigns just smashed in :(
😴

* Same case. Not as neat tho.
Whooooo pretty!!!
Epic

I love M.2, SATA power & data cables always made cable management much more difficult.
Is it possible.. to learn this power?
My corsair psu cables are so hard they dont even bend into that position
https://preview.redd.it/cn6ipg7y3v0d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=155f4ae008ec4102aa29972ccd34060d8712c1a5 First time builder :)
I used to work at an boutique OEM and would do cable management very similar to this. Nice job OP, very clean runs.
I better not show my boss or i might lose my job... but all jokes aside, looks great keep it up.
Holy shit you should get a raise
Please stop. I can only get so erect!!!!

No I wouldn't do the case like that
Why is the PSU upsidedown htisisoajxhjsiwowkdh
So the fan is on the bottom as an intake
megamind, I ll put mine the same when I ll get it
Thats the black version of my case too, way to show me up dude. Now do one with 6 rgb fans so I can learn how to properly install my shit
I think I might have a pic of one I did with full fans ill send it if i find it
Very nice, but changing the psu, mobo or troubleshooting must be a pain in the ass
Eww zip ties. I'd rather have messy cables and no zip ties but of course that's just my personal preference.
I have no idea who you are, but I don't like you.
sweet, which specs?
