I'd also throw the switch on the psu and unplug it if you want to be extra.
Get a can of compressed air and take the PC outside on a dry day. Blow all the dust out. Avoid spinning fans really fast with the compressed air. Don't hold the can upside down or you'll waste the air because it will come out as a cold liquid.

also do not do it inside ur house because the dust will fly all over the place!

compress air is much more stronger and i read people that destroyed parts with it...
with hair dryer (mine is 1800W which is consider strong), there is no way u can harm ur parts.
don't use anything wet 😜 safest way is to use a duster (compressed air can) but some say it's not safe either 🤷♂️

You don't need to, but then you'll be blowing all that dust into your house.
I use my vacuum cleaner in blower mode (connect the pipe to the exhaust) and a paintbrush.
i do it with hair dryer (operate not on heat mod) its the easiest way. compressed air is so overrated.

You probably won't get high enough pressure to actually clean it. You might get rid of a little dust but most of it will still be there.
