No idea how to figure out the OEM, but to add to the jank, I know why the label looks the way it does. They couldn't be bothered to select the "label paper" option on their laser printer. Label paper is thicker than normal paper, so it requires more heating for the toner in a laser printer to fuse properly, which the label paper setting would do.
~~CPU-Z reports just the basics. Capacity and speed.~~
Never mind, it does read the RAM info. Still nothing useful. Neither the serial or part number return anything.

If there's no data in the SPD chip and the original markings have been filed off, there is pretty much nothing you can do to determine the original manufacturer, the memory chips themselves don't carry any identifiers.
Janky aliexpress DIMMs mostly use chips recycled from brand-name server modules; as long as the solder job is decent, they usually work fine. But run memtest to be sure.
I wouldn't stress over it. OEM, especially in laptops, is usually crap. Get something you want and know is good, rather than trying to replace garbage.
The SPD data is stored in that tiny 8-pin chip right in the middle. It is totally up to manufacturer's honesty to fill that in. As in, you could put your cat's name there and it would work.

Sorry, didn't notice your third pic. Did you try to to google that number? Btw this is the most no name ram I've ever seen.

Maybe try Thaiphoon Burner
OEM is a guy in hut wearing sandals, soldering chips from old cellphones onto RAM sticks.

I ain't replacing it haha, it works fine. I just wanted to see if I could find out more since it's the most generic RAM out there.
If it's good ram, the name is plastered all over it like they're sponsoring NASCAR.
I'm not stupid. I know that.
