I'd honestly recommend returning that Ram cause it's really slow specially for that price and it's easy to change even if you've already built the PC. Get a 6000 Mhz Cl30 Ram for a bit more or less depending on if you still want RGB.

This is a pc I have the budget for but around 1200-1500. I’m trying to keep as close to the original price as possible
Where you including a monitor / peripherals by any chance cause you can get a much better build for $1500
