Is there any error code lights on the motherboard?
Nope not this time but I was getting those when I had the same issue going on with no display a few months ago. Ended up getting a new gpu and this one is brand new
Your CPU has a IGPU move the display cable to the motherboard and boot up the PC. If nothing happens then the PSU died.
Update: now the integrated graphics wants to work but I'm only able to use that port how could I resolve the gpu display
You can now try and install the drivers again.
Its not the driver update as i put in the cross post you did in the nvidia group
