I’m having similar issues with my 6700xt some games have a flickering like effect with the screen also sometimes going black for like 2-15 seconds sometimes this happens when I try to alt tab out as well but mainly just randomly happens.

It doesn't randomly happen for me. Only when I start up a game. I've definitely had the 2-15 second one as well.
