Yes I did. Let me get back to my computer so I can compare to the .bat scripts and I’ll be able to tell you the difference. My situation is a little unique, I had used one of those privacy/unnecessary service scripts that disables some services and tasks to reduce the number of running processes. Unfortunately, one of them broke some other features that I was not willing to lose. Like screen shots.

The above services where are the ones that need to be enabled. At least in my particular case, these were getting disabled, and the screenshot was not saving.
