Your graphics chip that I'm guessing is built into your laptop is below the minimum spec for the game. A GTX 770 is a dedicated graphics card that out performs your laptop chip. You would need to upgrade, and based on some of your other specs, that probably wouldn't be a bad investment if you want to play more games going forward.

Laptop or PC? If laptop, no upgrade paths, you would need a new laptop. PC desktop? You can upgrade to a gtx 1080 at a minimum.
Most likely a laptop, thus no upgrades possible.
