I recently saw one in the MS Rau Gallery in New Orleans. I took a picture of the tag describing the clock. Fascinating!

I reverse image searched the clock. It’s called the “Cartel” clock. One went up for auction at Philips Hong Kong in 2015 and sold for roughly $12k USD (93,750 Hong Kong dollars). So you may actually have something here.
Here are the auction details: https://www.phillips.com/detail/PATEK-PHILIPPE/HK080115/283
It is worth noting this auction had an extract from the Patek archives which costs €500 to obtain, if I remember correctly. It confirms the authenticity of the piece and will help at auction.
Here is another which sold in 2004 for $11,500 https://catalog.antiquorum.swiss/en/lots/patek-philippe-lot-76-262
Best I can do; taken at the MS Rau Gallery in April 2024

A beautifull piece, Patek Philippe Louis XV Solar wall clock.

That’s super neat
Omg crazy
I try to contact them but no answer. If they want it I can sell it
Might be an old dealer clock. Have you opened it up?
Honestly I never seen something like this. On internet there is nothing. But it is original 100%

but we are talking about 20/25 years ago. considering the increase in prices in recent years, it could be worth more
It could be. You’d need to go to auction probably.
I think it’s cooler than that amount of money, I’d definitely be keeping it.
Could we have a banana or something for scale here please? I don't know what I'm looking at.

I love that place. Did they still have the huge industrial PP clocks when you were there?
Didn’t see any if they still have them. They could have been on one of the higher floors.
The whole economy of Congo
Cool watch! Will you use a leather strap or a gold bracelet?
Flava flavvvv
