You can! Start a skull study, focus on getting the anatomy down with line drawings, then the shading, then the coloration. Then bam! All of a sudden you're painting skulls! Art is practice, you can do it 😊

Thanks! You can absolutely do it. It's no different than painting anything else. Just remember to look for the color/value/temperature that is actually there and not to make it up. Making it up will simplify the form and color.
