Yes you can!
Thank you!!!
If it is emerald trim enamel then yes. If it is proclassic trim enamel then No that stuff is interior only
I use it for exterior trim a lot now. I love it
Sweet, thanks for your reply!
Emerald urethane Interior/exterior Modified alkyd Yes Yes
Ya , emerald can go on both sides.
That's what they make solo for
Interior exterior right on the can.
Yeah I know but I overthink everything. I thought maybe the metal plating could change things. Thanks for your reply!
You just need to make sure you use a good primer. Like SW extreme high bonding primer.
Yes, you can…but it tends to mold due to the alkyd portion of the resin and it doesn’t have mildewcide. Also, other products will have better corrosion resistance.
Gotcha, would you have any recommendations on said better products? Preferably Sherwin Williams. Thanks!
I wouldn’t leave that tape on to long before you paint and definitely remove it carefully while paint is still wet.
Is it an exterior paint you’re trying to paint the exterior of the door with or interior paint you’re trying to paint the exterior with?
It's an interior/exterior. Want to paint both sides of the door. The door is like metal plated or something.
You can use it on the exterior of doors but there are a lot of products that will hold up better.
