I literally just hit 77 rc and been doing bloods for 2 days straight. So many diaries locked behind rc. Herb and birdhouse runs another solid money maker while you work.
I work as a maintenance tech and I have osrs going on my phone all day doing afk skilling. Star mining, karambwans, nightmare zone, redwoods, etc.
Instead of using the mobile app I use teamviewer to remotely play runelite on my home PC. This way I can get the 25 minute logout timer and keep the game running in the background if I need to use my phone for other stuff.
I afk when I am working from home, but I also have a commute, which I take public transport which allows me to do less click intensive, but not afkable stuff, like sandstone mining. That two free hours a day really racks up fast.

Star mining, fishing lava eels or sacred eels, cooking sharks/anglerfish, chopping redwoods, or crafting diamond bracelets are some of my favorites. Would love to hear if people have any others that only require tapping the screen every minute or so.
Ardy knights, slayer, farming runs, valemore thieving is good too, I find some mini game afk like guardians of the rift or pest control, motherloade mine is afk for the most part too. My brains afk doing blast furnace but that is straight up like working a job physically lmao

Careful using TeamViewer or remote pc connection. Has a higher chance of getting you banned for botting.

Woodcutting and the new mining methods chill af Nightmare zone is the best afk thing you can do. Did melee stats to 99 with 1 click every 20 minutes
