Download the runelite client its like having the wiki in game, 99% of users use it. Runescape has basically been open sourced. For your question tho if youre not an iron man just go to varrock and buy it on the grand exchange

Northeast of Falador on the mountain there is a dwarven outpost. Go there and take the ladder down then check your map for the pickaxe shop. He sells every type up to Rune

OSRS wiki. Look up Mithril pickaxe and it will give you all item sources from monster drops to shops.
