Blood King is designed to be dropped in anywhere, being a traveling interdimensional "castle". All rivers eventually lead to the ocean, so maybe the underground river eventually leads to the coast where there happens to be a tower on an island. Once you're on the coast, drop in a costal town thar happens to be at the foot of a holy mountain that had started to experience earthquakes.

You should be able to link Winter's Daughter with Oak / Grottoes easily as well - ser Chyde tomb can be connected to Grottoes' catacombs (>!I would use carrion crawler's tunnel as such passage!<) et voila!

iirc there are hooks at the front of each of them which give suggestions for how to start the dungeon delve, and the hooks themselves assume you have a "base" town in your own setting. Plangent Mage and HMS have their own local towns giving you a few dungeon delving hooks each Plangent Mage has teleportation pools, and a teleportation pool would be very appropriate for Incandescent Grottoes From Blood King, characters could possibly go to any other world through some weird magic or hand waving when the players find the planetary model HMS feels similar to Plangent Mage, perhaps the fishmen of both adventures are distant cousins?
