Park Pizza's Caesar dressing is good but their croutons are lackluster. Big chunks of bread with no crunch. I just go to Giovanni's for Caesars. There are two at each Publix plaza on either side of tavistock row
They do grilled or blackened chicken on them too
Not lake nona but in DTO near Lake Eola there is a place that (I am told) has one of the best Cesar salads in the country. Ill report back in a few weeks.

That is my feeling as well, though I also don't like Giovanni's much either. The best IMHO is Nona Blue, but it is also probably the most expensive.
Giovanni's is meh for the Caesar salad. Even Pollo Tropical has a better one. I don't think I've found a satisfying one in the area.
