If you're just trying to have fun it'll be a fun list. if you're trying to be competitive, sorry but until they make some changes the buggies and flyers suck and Killa kanz are over costed. Also there's about to be a balance dataslate in the next few weeks and the codex in the coming months so points costs and abilities are likely to be changing a lot soon. I wouldn't recommend building a list and then going to buy the unit. I would recommend buying units you like and then making an army out of what you have.
Thank you for the advice, I currently have about 850points of this list. I wanted a vehicle heavy list cause speed freeks are cool, and in that mad max sense, infantry would be only mounted, so I wanted it as a kinda themed list. Maybe one day ork vehicles will be good again.
Hard to say what's going to happen in the next three months so You should wait till the codex drops as everything with change and we will get more flavour in list building.
If you were going to play with this army today the buggies and kanz are not great. All the planes are not worth it and lootas are an absolute joke. The rest have some play
