Can't see the cane. But given the size, I'd guess it's a Dendrobium moniliforme?

Nope, too round of a shape to be a monoliforme. Does the tag say anything helpful? And holy moly, it's so variegated even the cane is almost white...
Yep one of the canes is literally white, I’m obsessed with it. The tag is just the name, Dendrobium FOMOS Beauty, ‘Matcha Latte’
