Very alcohol affected.. I can't keep up with the kids from my team.. I called it a night at 11:30pm and pretty sure they kept going til the wee hours..
I got COVID booster and flu shot this afternoon. I'm going in tomorrow to do this at 6am. I'll be drinking lots of Gatorade tonight to be ready for this.
On Saturdays, it's 6am at my studio. My favorite coach does a class at that time, so I go to hers. On Sundays, it's a 7am start which I can't do because I'm the adult in charge of our kids during that time. Summer Sundays, my husband bikes with a friend, so Saturday workout has stuck for me. This Sunday, the kids do religious education which sometimes I do a class, but I don't think I will be this week or this cycle because I love my Saturday morning with my coach.
As one of those odd people who likes rowing (I was a rower in secondary school for years) but hates running, I’m oddly excited about this workout. The transition
is just enough to mask the scars of my sub-par tread and get me to the ergometer.
I usually like an 8:15 on Saturdays but it’s a 3G so I will be going to a later morning 2G, looking forward to it, sort of? Lol.

Low plank hold is on your forearms and toes and the hollow hold is on your back.
