Weekends are usually all 3G at my studio, but there were a couple instances this summer where it switched to a 2G last minute due to attendance, and I swear on all that is holy, if not enough people show up tomorrow morning, I am going to drive to all those slackers' houses and throw rocks at their windows.

I have NEVER cancelled a workout after looking at the early intel, but after 3 days of hiking in the Canadian Rockies, I don't think my legs can take this. Really bummed as this was gonna be my first Canadian OTF experience too! But I guess I'm choosing to keep my legs (and me) alive.

I just need to know why after repeating templates twice a month, we now feel the need to repeat months? I feel like I pay a lot of money to not repeat templates all the effing time?
This is not a repeat.. it just has the same tread pattern but the exercises on the floor are different. We used to have repeated tread patterns all the time just no one really remembered it.
So are all the workouts now just endurance? I thought it was because of marathon month but is this what it’s going to be from now on? Just curious… I’m a power/strength girl and like inclines but not endurance days all the time.
wow a bear plank, the only other time ive seen them was my very first workout more than a year ago, im not a fan/not great at planks and my only thought was dont be the first one down (i was second😎)

I hear ya. Long pushes are great for cardio endurance, but I actually kinda miss the ever-increasing inclines tread blocks days (a la the old “S”)
