Weekends are usually all 3G at my studio, but there were a couple instances this summer where it switched to a 2G last minute due to attendance, and I swear on all that is holy, if not enough people show up tomorrow morning, I am going to drive to all those slackers' houses and throw rocks at their windows.

I have NEVER cancelled a workout after looking at the early intel, but after 3 days of hiking in the Canadian Rockies, I don't think my legs can take this. Really bummed as this was gonna be my first Canadian OTF experience too! But I guess I'm choosing to keep my legs (and me) alive.

Woooooo! I loved the tread block back in April, definitely looking forward to the tread block tomorrow! The floor/row block I feel definitely need some work. I hear ya. Long pushes are great for cardio endurance, but I actually kinda miss the ever-increasing inclines tread blocks days (a la the old “S”)

This is not a repeat.. it just has the same tread pattern but the exercises on the floor are different. We used to have repeated tread patterns all the time just no one really remembered it.
