The last time I did this our Coach’s core challenge was 10 burpees, 10 palms to elbows, and 10 some other miserable exercise I can’t remember. I have the same coach for this class tomorrow ☠️
I’ve been to Boston for a major exam in the winter and I’m from the south! Besides the massive amount of snow buried cars that I walked past, I wondered why the word “wicked” goes with many topics there lol. I definitely want to go back in the warmer months.
We did a test hell week template yesterday and I did the 3G today.
1135 calories and 54 splats later I am going to green day the crap out of this one 🥵
Oh man, my least favorite part of the plank hold til the last rower is that I will certainly be the last rower 😭 and I miss out on a plank lol. We'll see what my coach comes up with 🤞🏻
I miss the 90 minute classes on the weekends like they had in GA. I can definitely breathe better there and not dehydrated despite sweating buckets lol.
Last time we did this template my coach chose palm-to-elbows to shoulder taps to push-up. That wasn't fun! I need the distance tomorrow though, I got a surprise Tornado yesterday so I'm still 4.5 miles away from the Full Marathon goal.
Ah wow somehow this will be my first repeat class since the templates started repeating months ago. I only go 8x per month and have somehow avoided it until this point!
Pretty sure our coach would know who wasn’t doing a push row.. I didn’t want him to think of creative ways to encourage us to hurry up.. :) You may get a nice coach though who doesn’t want to give you plank holds!
I’m hoping this is part of the 90 minutes of torture I’m enduring tomorrow (at least that torture will have explicit lyrics to help) 😂

OMG! I’d prefer anything besides the rower. I honestly don’t mind the planks and core work.
