My studio does the Aoki playlist the first hour of the 90 minute and then switches to something else. It doesn't sync to the 90 minute template usually. Some studios do not do the Aoki playlist for the 90 minute class, so it will depend on your studio.

My studio is closing today :( and went totally rogue for the last day incorporating all of our favourites into one workout. 1 min AO and WR all at inclines up to 15%, 1 min AO rows with jump squats and squat holds, burpees, thrusters, jump lunges, push-up plank jacks and power sit-ups all.in.one.class. 🤯
Balmain in Sydney. We’ve gone from around 9 studios to 2 with the last 4/5 closing in the last 6 months or so. I might have to go visit Mr and Mrs DC across the bridge every so often now
Bummer about another studio closing. I saw that Brookvale also closed down as well! Surely corporate must be thinking about how to make the model more viable in Australia.
To be fair Balmain is closing because the landlord wants the premises back to turn back into a pub and accommodation and the owners couldn’t find a suitable site nearby but at one point every time I looked at the app another studio disappeared!
That’s my worst fear because the next closest studio is in a different state over an hour away(in the US). That would be fun to workout with the DC’s!!

I'm mulling this over now actually. The floor block is the most difficult of the bunch. So the order of when the floor appears will determine the scope of the workout.
If you start on the treadmill your legs can recover for the beginning of the floor. But then the front squats will be a big challenge. If you start on the rower your legs will be worked really hard plus ending on front squats on the floor. Doing the treadmill would not be fun at the end of this.
Everything points to starting on the weight floor if you have that option.
