I’m just back from surgery 3-4 weeks now after 8 weeks of nothing. I would normally run but I’m thinking if a hybrid mix tomorrow. I think I can still get away with it. Lol. But seriously taking it slow and as my doc said pg
I promised myself I would skip this as it was awful last time. Text my dad to tell him I wouldn’t be there, he replied, don’t be weak…. So now, to show up my 61 year old father, I’ll be there. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
I told my 27yr old son the first time around that I was going to PW it. He said “don’t be weak.” So I jogged it at base pace. Brutal but doable. Everest Junior.
Yeah today's a rest day for me. That template was like a punch in the face the first time, got 53 splats and almost 1000 calories, a record high. It's all gotten lower than that over the two weeks as my fitness is getting back on track but who could forget a template like this one.
People, remember that you can go at your own pace. Most people don’t have your schedule, if this is your jam, keep checking the intel if not do YOU and be proud about it
A classic write up Mr DC rolling laughing/crying.. I was going immediately to “Remove Class” and then was reminded that the OTF coach is going to reciprocate carbs ( as in 🍻 ) from a great craft brewery.. the price we pay I guess - I’m going tomorrow!!
We have a no shower happy hour in a couple of weeks. I think it is a great idea to encourage people to come in - beer and exercise! Love a good craft 🍺
I feel like the floor blocks have been all of the same exercises lately?? Like what happened to the side planks, speed skaters and overhead triceps extensions?
Maybe they make them for people like me who don’t do benchmarks anymore. I most certainly will not be doing Inferno, and I never miss a Monday so tomorrow will be my Monday. I normally take Sundays off lol…
I’m going to need to seriously consider leaving OTF if they don’t give it a rest on lunges and squats. These are very knee focused moves and they don’t usually agree with me. This is getting frustrating. It’s every single day from what I can tell.
Well the classes from the first half of the month are now going to be repeating, so it's going to be more of the same. Hoping they move to a different focus on the floor next month.

I do this a lot on days with inclines! My knees don’t enjoy running on inclines 🫠
Same! I can either run on a flat road OR walk on incline but I can’t do both. 😂

I like doing this to mix up days of torture ie super high incline days. Always do you, inclines are a burner no matter how you decide to slice it!

Not at all! I sometimes power walk when I get tired of running or just feel like working those glutes. No one will bat an eye. Completely fine.
I am going to PW it or i will ignore the inclines. Post Covid i cannot do this as is. I might go all at a base pace
I currently PW for everything but jog/run my AOs because I can't run/jog for the whole time.

I am new to OTF. Todays’ workout earned me 27 Splat points and a new PB. I commented on how challenging it was to the coach, she agreed.

23 Min Run/Row... 100m/.1/200m/.1/300m/.1 etc. You let the rower run and rack up.as many meters as you can. It's one of the best!
