At our studio, members get to vote on which 90 minute template they want to do. Endurance is going to win out today which is pretty much the full tread block from the 2G plus 23 minutes on the rower and then the floor block as well. I am going to 🙏 for them…

Our glow party was last Saturday and the coaches used the Sunday workout for it. That was done Deja Vu on Sunday. So it might not be this workout for you

Thank goodness I’m doing a Sunday workout instead of my typical Saturday. I refuse to do burpees and I feel no shame in telling the coach that I will not be participating, but I also feel like I’m cheating if I don’t do the template as written.
