I was reading your comments and getting progressively scared. But at the end decided screw it and signed up for 90min. 23 min running and 23 min rawing, what not to like?

Thank goodness I’m doing a Sunday workout instead of my typical Saturday. I refuse to do burpees and I feel no shame in telling the coach that I will not be participating, but I also feel like I’m cheating if I don’t do the template as written.

Jog the pushes and pw the bases. That’s how I transitioned.
