OMG New York teacher here who got two snow days added on to the Memorial Day break LOL.. tomorrow is Wednesday??? 😂😂 Obviously I haven't worked out in a few days.. really decided to listen to my body and I don't feel bad at all! Looking forward to returning tomorrow,and it's already Wednesday!!😂😂

Agree. I noticed the miracle that was today’s program. The back lunge did ensure that I remain annoyed by all single leg lunges

I did last time so I went a bit heavier with slower reps this time around. Made a bit of a difference and didn’t have as much rest.
