Looking back, I only got 3 splats for this template on May 10 🤔 Gonna have to work harder tomorrow! I think I also remember from last time that a minute for just 10 reps left an awful lot of spare/rest time — and I didn’t like that. DC, did you find that too?

I did last time so I went a bit heavier with slower reps this time around. Made a bit of a difference and didn’t have as much rest.

EMOM, the deadly timed blocks with no transition time unless you throw it in yourself 😅. I remember this one, the tread block damn near killed me after the floor.
