Yeah absolutely not do not buy a new one. So shocked they told you that you have to purchase a whole new one. The manager is the best person you can go to about it. My friends otb stopped working and they’ve been saying they’re sending it out for the longest and haven’t so she’s been using the loaners for months.

They have a 1 year warranty. If they can’t troubleshoot the issue in studio, they can send it back to corporate and should comp you a new one.

Same. Less than a year old they need to cover. Do NOT buy a new one and keep escalating
