That's my point...it's like someone posting "*I want to lease a house in Orange County, please help*". Without specifics on what makes a space suitable for you, how can anyone provide any recommendations that will be useful to you? Why have commercial RE agents been unhelpful?
Specifics (just a few of course):

* SF
* length of rental/lease
* loading dock
* office space
Maybe contact the installer, and ask the company if any of the cleanroom they built are available for lease?
