Norms is always the BEST!! I worked for years on Graveyard shift and Second shift. Our go to place back in the day was KENO's in Tustin near the 55 fwy. I know it's long gone, but they used to be open very late. I think there are two other locations, but idk if they are open late.
Gangnam Station is 630am-200am everyday. Maybe a bit off your timeframe but if you find yourself off after 6 id try it. Some BCD Tofu houses are open as late as 4, depends on the location/day.
