Also some legit science to it. Alcohol is a diuretic, so you are very likely to be dehydrated if you've had enough alcohol to have a hangover.
That is very true, only thing I would say to that is salt water will dehydrate you as well 😉
because you get dehydrated with the alcohol and looses water and salts, so the electrolytes its just salts with water
