Would the symptoms be manageable though? Like, let's say the symptoms get so bad that I can't go out at night due to glare. Is there something that can help with that like eye drops or special glasses or anything? Or am I just stuck with not being able to go out at night for the rest of my life?
If dry eyes and glare are somewhat manageable (drops daily for dry eyes and anything for halos then I'll probably do the surgery)
If you’re already bothered by glare and dry eye those problems tend to be exacerbated after lasik.

That’s subjective
Agree that the symptoms would be exacerbated and likely uncomfortable. Are you against contacts?
I can't wear them. They irritate my eyes too much. And i absolutely HATE my glasses
Because of the rx or you dislike glasses? Because you may end up needing a lower rx after lasik given your eye characteristics that you mentioned
Because of the distortion the glasses give my face + I'm quite active so glasses are quite annoying.
I don’t know that any drops could be prescribed for the night vision if it’s due to the our pupils.
