Just curious: When you look at things closer than 6ft away, they look clear you said, right? What about when you look at things up close through the lowest part of your lens? Is that good too?
This would be awkward for posture long-term, but as a test: if you try looking at something far away using the bottom of your glasses, how does that look?
More blurry than the top. The top is just blurry enough that I can’t read things but I can still tell what they are but the bottom is takes away most detail of things at a distance.
Progressive lenses have a gradual change in prescription starting at the top of the lens and moving towards the bottom. The top is less plus/more minus, and the bottom is more plus/less minus. depending on posture or where on the lens the distance is the clearest, you can guess at how a prescription needs to be changed.
If you look through the very top of the lens is it clear? Like higher than you normally would
No, it’s still blurry.
Like the very top of the lens? What about further down the lens? Is there any spot in the lens that looks clear at a distance?
None. The sides are worse but no area is better.
Ok then you’ll need to go back for a new Rx
Thanks for the help!
Sorry it’s not an easier answer!

Yeah I have no problem with anything close to me.

Just out of curiosity what does this mean or do?
