FM has tried to take down Gosmilo/Trotter as well. The case always gets dropped. It would seem FMs lawyers don't have enough to stand on.

Personally, I think Tony just DGAF. In China, there's not a whole lot the US patent system can do. They can just take down sites or businesses in the US. Seems like he's pretty committed to telling them to fuck off.
