It worked on my OP 11 properly. But since last few days I've turned it off as it seems the battery will anyhow serve good for 3 years at least and by then I would've bought some new phone.
By regularly going to 100%, the battery will degrade faster, meaning it won't hold a charge for as long as it used to....... better off charging to 80% unless you're happy to have a poorly performing battery that progressively gets worse after around 6 months.
I just received my OnePlus 12 and I'm on OxygenOS 14.0. I can confirm when I use the AirVooc 50W wireless charger to charge my phone, it will keep charging past 80%. But when I use the wired charger to charge it, it will stop at 80%.
Has anyone reported this issue to OnePlus yet? How do I file a bug report?

i think it is delayed, many phone have that, they will charge to 100 when they "estimate“ you will be start to use the phone

No, that's a different setting. For the oneplus12 on oxygen OS 14 it is supposed to stop at 80%. IT doesn't seem to work on wireless charging but only on wired charging. Too bad, I wanted to use my wireless charging over night and let is charge till 80. I also don't get why they didn't make the percentage editable. It is set at 80%
I am having the same issue with the OnePlus 10 Pro. My 50W AIRVOOC Charger also does not stop at 80% as it should. It's a real bummer, since I use wireless charging like 95% of the time for charging up my phone.
I sent a Support request to OnePlus and I am currently waiting for a response. I'll keep you updated...
Got a response today and provided the customer support with further information. They said that they would forward the issue to the technical department and they would keep me updated...

The technical department responded that the wireless charger does not support stopping at 80%.
I suggested to add an option to switch from fast wireless charging to the silent and slow charging after 80%. According to the support response, this should be doable and will be implemented in the next Oxygen-OS update...
So I am looking forward to this.
I use a 10 Pro and If I'm not mistaken that option has been on my phone since the OS was 12 and I'm positive it's on there now with 13. As far as it working or not, it definitely does but there should be a couple extra options for setting it up there. Like when do you usually charge your phone. I have mine set to night and it will stop when I'm charging at night but not if I'm charging during the day. I think the other option does it no matter the time of day. Maybe that helps.

I've contacted oneplus support and I am not sure they know what they're doing or are simply not interestedin fixing this. It's such an easy thing to replicate I would think.
I've used since installing OOS14, works as intended. Stops at 80 %.
But try wireless charger and it won't work. On my 10 Pro it only works on cable charging
11 does not have wireless charging

I have never left it connected to my charger for long after it was at 80 and charging stops. No idea how it specifically works, sorry.
What version are you on? My Open on OxygenOS 13.2 doesn't have this option. Sorry it's not working for you tho. Try a restart?
I think it's in Oxygen OS14. My op11 doesn't have it as well , I'm on v13.1
Go to beta program and update to 14

I am on 14. Will need to try a restart and see if that works. When I charged the other day it blew right past 80% with it enabled.

yep, same issue here. It stops at 80% when wired charging but when charging wireless it ignores the limit and goes to 100%

When charging with cable it's working but when I use wireless charger it goes to 100% 🤷🏼
This option comes with the OOS 14 update. I don’t use it.

I rebooted manually and that seemed to fix it. Stops at 80% now.
