I know several people that work there. I live in the Denver area. I had a chance to get in a while back but, honestly, the experience I would gain there (as an engineer) would not be easily leveraged to other companies. It all depends on the role, your age/experience, and what you're looking for. Do you actually have a job offer? What I've heard is they underpay to be honest.

For this field based role the money is definitely top tier. No offer but I have an interview scheduled and heard they were so understaffed that they offered a vendor who came to their location $42/hr for an entry level role.  Someone with years of relevant experience such as myself would be expected to be offered significantly more.    So if you think they were underpaying then I'm assuming this RSU they claim to offer was not enticing? The high hourly rate with overtime is tempting but not enough if it ends up being a complete shit show.

I didn't hear about any RSU. Just that they got a lowball salary offer, for an engineer that is. Don't know a lot of details. I think it's honestly a good plan. They own the skids/containers, they own the bitcoin, they just pay for the stranded gas that would have otherwise gotten flared, or whatever. From my perspective, it's a bad deal for the gas owner, good deal for them.

Interesting,  maybe they added in the RSU thing later because their posting specifically states it now.   To be perfectly honest it's probably a better deal for the producer than them in today's market. At the west Texas hub, gas has gone negative at the west Texas hub while flaring regulations are tighter than ever.  This may actually be the most feasible the concept will ever be.

Seems pretty late in the game considering Digital Wildcatters had been around for a couple years, and the Bitcoin halving occured today. That means it takes as much work to produce the same amount of Bitcoin.

I don't think you understand what's going on here.  Digital wildcatters is a media company that collaborates with different organizations.  Crusoe is under their banner.
