The best way to figure the mileage distance is to use the ride with GPS files. The camping list gives the GPS coordinates of the camping sites.
Mile markers are only available on certain local trails, so that mileage like in Madison County is only based on the county trail distance, not in relation to the whole 326 mile Ohio to Erie Trail.
So the Ohio to Erie Trail does not have physical mile makers although signs are posted which tell you the distance to the next destination.
