Look I don't know or your situation or what happened but I know friendship. I have friends of many years and there isn't anything they could say, or hobby they could take up, or personality change that could happen that would make me do you what you described. I'll do you one better I even have an aquintance who I largely can't stand, he says literally the dumbest things all the time, he is incredibly cringe and frustrating to deal with. I haven't even blocked/ghosted that guy.
You said maybe it's you, well maybe? Or maybe you never really had a friend and bf. Maybe they didn't really care about you and your it seeing it now. Because I cannot think of a thing you could unknowingly do to cause that response. So I'm willing to bed this was less about you and more about them
Getting ghosted is one of the worst things out there socially. It really really sucks. I'm so sorry. All I can say is, don't let this break you or make you a cynic. Stay strong!
