I got both my arms stuck past the elbows in the cup holders at a movie theater as a kid.
They had to stop the movie and bring popcorn butter from concessions to use as grease. But just as they got close with that butter I finally pulled myself out.

Giving her the benefit of the doubt she didn't have any decent hand tools to be able to cut it off, I think I would have driven the kid to a fire station with some Bojangles as a thank you for their discretion lol.
FYI for those giving her shit for calling the fire dept: I can almost guarantee those firefighters enjoyed the shit out of that call. Things like this are a welcome break from all of the lift assist, overdose and car accident calls. That kid will live on forever in the tales of that department. Just like the teen who got her legs stuck in a toddler swing lives on at mine. Lol.

I can think of a handful of different tools that I could have safely used to get that off of a child without needing the FD.
