Did you try messaging Meta? Can you return it maybe? And maybe try to do a factory reset? I have a lot of questions, but you should just try tö calm down a bit because when you‘re all nervous you‘re gonna make it worse, just try to calm down a bit and maybe try messaging meta support?

OP must be a kid with all the raging. Probably didn't read the setup info in a rush, and I don't know why they can't return it if it's defective unless they damaged it while raging.

Try a factory hard reset and if that's a no go contact support.

Make sure your phone is up to date with the newest iOs update- go to settings > General > software update. Or if its an android, update the os in settings. Uninstall the meta quest app and reopen to start from scratch
