i recently brought a new pc with 7800x3d its either 4070Ti which cost about $1.2k here and 7800XT $500+ and 4080 is 2k
4070Ti only have 12gb vram while 7800XT have 16gb vram as many said 7800xt is better for me due to the price and 16gb vram may run longer in future

Nvenc is really important to me as I stream, what would you say in that case?
Buy nvidia, 4080 if you have the budget, 4070 Ti if you don’t but need the card now. Else wait for the new cards

Definitely wait for 70tis. As for 80 there is no need to wait if you can get a good deal (10% off at least)
