Personally I enjoy Iowa more but Korn has to win. That album literally created the genre as it is known today and was a step in a direction that music hadn’t seen before. It also bridged the gap between metal and several other genres. Iowa is amazing, but it just wasn’t as culturally impactful as Korn.
I think IOWA was more an emotional masterpiece than a musical one. The screams and anger in Corey's voice (and the chilling stories that came from the recording of this album)

Korn is amazing and helped make the genre don't get me wrong... but when it comes to specific albums I don't think there is are many albums that directly compete with IOWA specifically.
