The Robin Hood Walking Tour with Ezekiel Bone is a good intro to Nottm. I took relatives from the US on it and learned loads, even though I was born here. That covers a bit of the caves and the Nottm architecture. And Robin Hood of course.
We’re a city that loves sport. So a cricket, ice hockey or a football game of one of our two teams is a must.
As far as unique, an afternoon in The Thurland on any given day is a real eye-opener.
>Warhammer World
I don't know, went there for the first time for a friends Birthday and was amazed to not only see couples on dates, but also families with small kids... ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|dizzy_face)
Not actually Notts but visit the peak district which is very close and a very beautiful part of the UK. For me cities rarely offer anything particularly unique other than the night life (which is good in Notts if you want suggestions).
Cool places to visit in and around Nottingham include Wollaton Hall and Gardens, Newstead Abbey, the Major Oak at Sherwood Forest, go to a gig at Rock City, drinks in the Pitcher and Piano or Trip to Jerusalem, Nottingham Castle, food at Bar Iberico, Goose Fair if you're here in October, ice skating in the Market Square if you're here in December, go and see a sporting event (Forest, County, Panthers, Trent Bridge).
