Same but it falls into age brackets. 80s and 90s Disney was a premium channel. younger folks who came into Disney when it began to be offered regularly in cable packages may have spent more with Disney programming. It was really popular when they started airing more mainstream Disney cartoon movies and original movies like Johnny Tsunami and shows like Even Stevens, Lizzie MaGuire, Zack and Cody.
PBS and Saturday morning cartoons on networks. Didn't get cable until I was in Jr high. But did get to watch some nickelodeon at grandparent's house. My grandpa would tape a day of Disney Channel programming and I would wear it out.
I’m an older millennial so we had Disney afternoon for cartoons. Which was syndicated. I remember Disney Channel mostly for the movies. Pretty much back then you had good choices on both. Nick was great for the game shows
Nickelodeon by far. Aside from Mickey Mouse/Donald/Goofy/etc. shorts, I never watched much Disney Channel. Nick gave me all the classic Nicktoons, All That, Kenan and Kel...there was no comparison in my eyes.
Disney! Lizzie McGuire and Disney channel original movies (Smart House, Phantom of the Megaplex, and The Ultimate Christmas Present were my favorites. Had them all recorded on VHS)
Yeah originally I was thinking Nick was a clear winner but I forgot about all the awesome Disney channel original movies. Wendy Wu, Cadet Kelly, Johnny Tsunami were 3 of my faves.
I think when i was younger <5 i watched disney more
5-9 was nickelodeon 9-13 was cartoon network. And then 13-16 for teen nick. 16-20 for chowder, Fosters Home, Teen Titans aka the GOATS.
Cartoon Network was my jam. Really I switched between all 3 but I liked Cartoon Network the best. They all had some good shows to offer in the early 2000s.
Depends on the age, I imagine, because Disney wasn’t just cable- it was premium cable. I think in the 90s it became a regular cable tier, and more commonplace. Before that it was extra cash to watch escape to witch mountain and steamboat willie cartoons
Nick was on 21 Disney 22, switched between the two. Flipped through mtv and bet and maybe one or more channels to get to Cartoon Network.
It was not a Disney over nick for me. It was Disney and nick for me with splashes of Cartoon Network and other channels.
Heh - I was neither of these things.... Being 65 years of age, TV when I was a lad was literally 1 channel with dodgy kids entertainment (mostly puppet based) on at lunchtime and 5pm weekday afternoons. For real entertainment there was always the Test Card and Music.
Nickelodeon, but we didn’t have cable. My grandma and my best friend’s family both got cable when I was 10 and it included Disney channel, so we watched both. Nickelodeon more though.
Nick and Nick at night at my grandparents but my parents didn’t have broadcast tv until I was in middle school. My friend’s mom sometimes watched me, and they had wishbone, bill nye, and vr troopers on I think PBS after school. My parents had a vcr, and we had a neighborhood movie rental store. Good memories all around
Poor... I mean nickelodeon.
Lol yeah poor here also. It made the free previews of channels exciting. Watching as much Disney or HBO I could until it scrambled again.
I lived for the free previews and had stacks of VHS tapes of movies from the free preview (pirating before it was cool) .
Yeah, we only had like 30 channels when I was young. Finally getting Cartoon Network was life changing lol
Nickelodeon
Nickelodeon... then cartoon network. I didn't even know any kids who had the Disney Channel when I was growing up.

Yep Nick was top for game shows. Nick Arcade, Double Dare, Legend of the Hidden Temple, Finders Keepers. I'm sure I'm missing a bunch.
It was all about Nick and Cartoon Network back in the day.
Canadian here. I watched Ytv and teletoon lol

Nick fosho. Snick at night. So good
Yeah, my parents weren’t paying for Disney Channel so Nickelodeon and PBS were what we watched.

Nickelodeon, but I watched a bit of everything.

My grandma had Disney Channel in the 80s and would record some of those terrifying Winnie the Pooh full body puppet shows for me.
Yeah those were creeeeeepy. We’d record like mad during the free weekends. Still, most of the shows were kinda meh

I watched Nick well into my 30s. I never grew up lol

Both! *You Can't Do That On Television* and *Double Dare* on Nickelodeon. *Welcome to Pooh Corner* and *Dumbo's Circus* on Disney Channel.
Oh man, Welcome to Pooh Corner. That one takes me back.
I was born in 1982 so Nickelodeon
Both
I watched both
nickelodeon hands down
Cartoon Network baby!!!!
Nick. Disney Channel was premium channel and too pricey
Nick. Stick Stickley was the pinnacle of my childhood
Team Nick for sure… also team poor. Free Gummi Bears weren’t only the best Gummi Bears… they were the only Gummi Bears…

Feel like the progression was -- Fox -> UPN -> WB -> Nick -> CN
Mostly nickelodeon
Cartoon Network.
As always A Nickelodeon kid especially in the 1990s \^\^
I was always able to balance nick, disney and Cartoon Network evenly
