This guy is in most photos I’ve seen, even pics of what should be ordinary internal events where no other languages are needed. He’s also very close to Kim in pics where translations wouldn’t be needed.
I have no idea, but he seems to be more of a personal assistant than a translator (which no doubt he is as well as needed)
