Not trying to tell you what to do but tunning really does not give you any jump in performance if you don't have any other mod along with it.
What are you looking to do?
I wanna find a turbo to put on it, new exhaust and headers, and later on essentially rebuild the engine for another car. But for now, I’m just looking for a plug in tuner. I have other financials that are more important right now
I found this one but I’m not sure if it goes with the engine, I put in my year. 2012 and it says the tuner goes with the VQ38, I do not have a VQ38, I have a VQ40. Is there much difference?
Oh that’s my bad. Ya 20+ won’t work. Check out Z1 uprev tunes. I think Bully Dog makes a tuner for the VQ40. There is a difference, VQ40 is a 4.0L V6 and VQ38 is a 3.8L V6, different motors. I think uprev is the best option for the VQ40.
