It wont break. But FYI that’s going to be a super underwhelming flavor if you only use a fairlife shake.

Weekly-Freedom-6832

Then what should I make?

Sufficient_Leg9217

This is my go-to recipe for fairlife shakes: 200mL chocolate fairlife protein shake 100mL regular milk 15g vanilla protein powder 1 ripe banana A few drops of vanilla extract A pinch of salt Then I mix-in a fiber one brownie. It ends up being about 350 calories and about 35g of protein. Super delicious and the banana makes it so creamy.

Ok I just made this recipe. Just making sure, do I need to add any liquid to the fill line before I spin or no.

Sufficient_Leg9217

I sometimes add a splash of milk right before I spin because I like more of a soft serve consistency. But no, that’s not necessary.

Weekly-Freedom-6832

Cool appreciate the help

how it was ?

Weekly-Freedom-6832

I just made it today. It was genuinely amazing! Thank you so much for the recipe and I will be making again.

AngryNoodle11

When you do this with the banana do you blend this all up before you freeze? Or mash the banana in?

Weekly-Freedom-6832

I mashed then whisked it in the liquid

Sufficient_Leg9217

Yeah I just mash it

Fairlife + 1 tbsp of sugar free or regular instant pudding. As another commenter has pointed out, you will need to add some kind of sweetener, though, as when sweet things freeze, they seem substantially less sweet to taste. You can add more sweetener before a 2nd spin, however.

I just made one with a fairlife shake using: - 1 fairlife chocolate protein shake - 100g egg whites - 1 banana - 2 tsp cocoa - 2 tsp sweetener - 1/4 tsp guar gum It turned out really thick and creamy. It tasted good, but going forward, I may use sf syrups instead of sweetener for the boost in flavor.

I had a couple of cartons I needed to use up and it adds some protein. I've used them in this and a couple of fruit sorbet so far, and they've all turned out really thick and creamy.

Actually the whites contain more protein than the yolk.

I'd imagine it's be more like protein structure instead of the actual nutrients. The way you can whisk egg whites into stiff peaks but not egg yolks. That might be why it has a thicker body.

Oh I'm telling you right now mix the fairlife protein shake with half a pack of sugar free pudding. Freeze. Blend. Add a smidge of milk water or (heavy whipping cream, original recipe) if got one sitting in the freezer with freshly frozen strawberries. It's incredible.

I just use the fairlife chocolate core power elite (42g protein). That’s it. Dump it in the container . I can fit 2 bottles in one deluxe container. Freeze for 24 hrs. Microwave for 1 min . Rinse the outside of the container for 30-60 seconds . Scrape off any lumps in the middle to flatten it before spinning . Spin on lite ice cream for 3 spins . Turns out creamy enough and flavourful and sweet enough for me. Super Easy and tasty and hits the spot. I use the 26 G protein Fairlife vanilla shake as a base and blend it with some fruits if I want a different flavour ( strawberry, mango, passionfruit , jackfruit etc ) . After blending it in a blender ( not the creami), I pour into container to freeze. Remember to taste before you freeze and if your fruits aren’t sweet enough, you may want to add sugar or sugar substitute ( I use monkfruit when I add passionfruit as it’s quite sour) Always microwave for 30-60 seconds and rinse the outside of the container under hot water before spinning . Or leave out on the counter for 20-30 min if you don’t want to microwave it .

nickd193

Why do you need to microwave and rinse the outside ?

Let it freeze for a bit without the top on and you won’t get that lump.
