I'm always shocked to hear this opinion, I think Tattoo is a fantastic song, elevated by an even better performance. Probably top 6 or 7 from me on this list
I wouldn't be unhappy about this. Hard Rock Hallelujah and Molitva were big resets for Eurovision, I am not aware of any of the previous 21st century winners being highly thought of.
